Gary A. Lichlyter, Owner and President
Utilizing his formal training as a custom cabinetmaker, Gary Lichlyter founded Lemont Kitchen & Bath in 1988. Today, with more than two decades of experience, Gary is recognized as a leader within the industry. As an award-winning designer, Gary prides himself on his ability to design solutions, which are a perfect reflection of his clients’ lifestyle and tastes. Comprised of top quality components, the latest amenities and innovative design, Gary’s creations have won national awards.
Tiffany Lichlyter
With a strong background in retail merchandising and management, Tiffany Lichlyter utilizes her organizational skills to bring consistency and reliability to every project. Her responsibilities include marketing, finance and management. Working as a team, she works directly with everyone at Lemont Kitchen & Bath to ensure the clients’ needs are met and their promises are kept.
Chris Fleming
A designer with Lemont Kitchen & Bath since 1991, Chris Fleming has a vast background in art and design. Chris works hand in hand with Gary Lichlyter on every design. Together they blend their unique talents to create designs that truly reflect the client’s individuality. As an award-winning designer, Chris keeps his design skills fresh by attending educational seminars and industry conferences regularly.
Sabrina Fleming
Sabrina began with Lemont Kitchen & Bath in 1995. Formerly an Executive Secretary for Chicago Bridge & Iron, Sabrina works closely with each client in product selection and scheduling. Like her husband, Chris, she also keeps up with the latest trends through education and industry events. Utilizing her organizational skills as well as her people skills she plays a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and organized.
Elizabeth Ehrecke
Elizabeth “Liz” worked as a designer for Lemont Kitchen & Bath from 1999 2001. Liz moved back to her hometown in Iowa after getting married in 2001. With today’s technology, we are able to utilize her talents despite being a distance apart. This arrangement allows Liz to utilize the skills she acquired while gaining a degree in Interior Design. Her design philosophy is to create spaces reflective of the style of the homeowner as well as the period style of the home.
